He was very prompt in reaching out to confirm all event details, created a Pinterest board in preparation by understanding my needs so no time was wasted during the event, arrived earlier than the negotiated time so he could set up, was extremely courteous, patiently listened and accommodated to changing needs as guests arrived and delivered all high quality pictures in less than a week!!
